hey hey hey... Barcelona....
Barcelona is pretty great! Lot and Lots of Mosaics... This architect / designer Gaudi is all over the city. He has created some massive parks and has been working on this one cathedral for years, he actually died doing it, and now his assistant and the city are trying to finish it for him. Should be done in 20-40 years... it is so ugly, yet interstings and pretty at the same time.
Kelly Morris and i did a bike tour of the city and enjoyed delicious sangria at the beach, it was sooo good! And we also met some really fun guys from Germany that were staying at the same place we were, they kept us laughing for hours!
Today we went to the Picasso Museum, Parc de Guell, and the Cathedral de Barcelona, all so beautiful!
By the way... these little piggies didnt go all the way home! :)
Anywho... tonight we are off to Italy... I can´t wait!
I promise pics are to come, all these computers are so old, they don´t have USB access, and if they do, they don´t work... figures! :-)
Gaudi is amazing one of my favorite. The crazy thing is he was designing that stuff in the 1800's.
